PROTOCOL: DERMAPEN PROCEDURES
Pre-Treatment
1. Apply a small amount of TRI-PHASE CLEANSER to a dry face. Massage
Cleanse & Prepare into the skin for 1 minute to remove all make-up. Remove with damp cool
disposable gauze/wipe. Repeat again. Advanced cleansing if required for
problematic skin.
2. Apply an almond-sized amount of MICRO DERM EXFOLIANT to slightly
Exfoliate moistened hands and exfoliate in light circular motions. Thoroughly remove
all residue with gauze.

3. Double-cleanse with CLR FOAM CLEANSER (if required).
4. Cleanse treatment area with CLINIPREP using a gauze to ensure all
Skin Hygiene cleanser, exfoliant or topical anaesthetic cream (if using) is removed.
5. Follow by lightly spritzing the entire treatment area before proceeding
with the Dermapen treatment.

During Treatment
6. Apply HYLA ACTIVE plus chosen Meso-Glide combination. Perform
Dermapen Treatment Dermapen treatment as per instructions.

7. Cleanse treatment area with CLINIPREP using a gauze to ensure all residue
is removed.
8. Onto dry skin apply ÜBER PRO Peel to the face using a fan peel brush or
gauze (ensure it is not dripping) beginning with the forehead, followed by
the cheeks and nose (working down and around the face). It is important
that the application be as even as possible. Be careful not to miss areas
or overlap strokes. Avoid the eye areas, ears, and lips. (CBD ÜBER CALM
BALM may be applied to these areas for added protection to delicate skin)
Activate for 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
Apply ÜBER PRO
May apply ÜBER MD by spot treatment to target areas of concern
immediately post 1 layer of ÜBER PRO.
9. May apply up to 1–2 passes of ÜBER PRO Peel. Pay close attention to

client’s level of redness and their pain scale before moving on to the next
pass. Be sure to wait 2–3 minutes in between each pass. If needed, fan the
patient’s skin to provide comfort.
END-POINT FOR ÜBER PRO: Mild erythema, slight tingling, warmth.
10. Once end-point is reached, apply HYLA ACTIVE 3D SCULPTURED MASK
Neutralise to neutralise and calm peel sensation.

Brighten 11. Apply melanin suppressant BRITE LITE to inhibit melanin production.

Help Heal & Hydrate 12. Lightly massage VITAMIN RICH REPAIR into treated skin.

Sun Protection 13. For broad-spectrum sun protection, evenly apply COVER RECOVER SPF
30 camouflage make-up over face, neck and décolleté.
